GROUNDLOCAL is always looking for new members who live on the estate to come and join us as directors. It is a most rewarding role, and only requires you to attend around half a dozen meetings a year, these last around an hour and a half each, and are held in the evening at a venue on the estate to discuss current issues and solutions. In particular, if you are skilled within the areas of gardening or financial accounting then we would be most interested to hear from you. Please use the "contact us" link above to get in touch with us.

May 2024 Update :

The AGM took place on Tuesday 23rd April 2024, and it was really a pleasure to see so many of you take the time to come along to both have your say, and to find out what Groundlocal is all about. Many thanks for your support. The minutes for this meeting are now available, and can be found under the "documents" tab on the header row of this page.

Thanks to everyone for paying this years service charge, the majority of these were received on time. It was agreed at the AGM that an "early payment discount" will be introduced from next year (2025) to incentivise all service charge payments to be in by the due date. This will help to save costs for us all, by avoiding spending time and money, having to chase up late payments. We will also be trialling notification by email, rather than by post later on in the year, to see if this would be a viable alternative way to send invoices.
